Luna III is an Irish print design, part of a very limited 3 piece collection called Luna. Luna is of course inspired by the moon, but I was also very much inspired by the 2026 Artemis II mission. I loved that there was a woman on board, and loved the incredible footage of the moon and our wonderful little planet.

Luna III is a firey red design which was inspired by the blood moon and the amazing colours we see in our sky. The circles are symbollic, the deep blue represents Earth and there are so many lovely textures and colours going on here. The stars are done by hand in gold leaf on each print so this is a top quality Irish Print, with intention, meaning, and care going into each one.

Luna Collection

Luna III is part of my Luna collection. It features 3 unique Irish designs: Luna I, Luna II, and Luna III. The collection was very much inspired by watching the footage of the Artemis II moon flyby in Spring of 2026. With all the turbulence in the world, it was a reminder of how small we are and how magical our world could be.

Gold Leaf

Each Luna piece is finished off with real gold leaf which I apply by hand to make the stars sparkle in these designs. It's a slow and careful process which brings extra depth, texture and light to your artwork. It also means that your art print has a handmade touch to it.

Framing

Each print comes to you mounted and framed. My frames are Irish made, solid wood and a beautiful quality. The front is real glass, and both the mount and frame are white.
