Luna Irish Print Collection

Luna I is an Irish print design, part of a very limited 3 piece collection called Luna. Luna is of course inspired by the moon, but I was also very much inspired by the 2026 Artemis II mission. I loved that there was a woman on board, and the incredible footage of the moon and our wonderful little planet.

I wanted to capture the texture and surface of the moon by adding lots of leaf pen details. The white circles represent femininity, unity, the Greek Goddess Artemis, the female astronaut onboard the recent mission, infinite space and lots more.

My recent Irish prints have been increasingly blue! Luna I is named just so because it was the first of this collection to be created, and I just immediately went for blue tones to connect to our own blue planet.

Luna Collection

Luna I is part of my Luna collection. It features 3 unique Irish designs: Luna I, Luna II, and Luna III. The collection was very much inspired by watching the footage of the Artemis II moon flyby in Spring of 2026. With all the turbulence in the world, it was a reminder of how small we are and how magical our world could be.

Gold Leaf

Each piece is finished off with real gold leaf which apply by hand. It's a slow and careful process which brings extra depth, texture and light to your artwork. It also means that your art print has a handmade touch to it.

Framing

Each print comes to you mounted and framed. My frames are Irish made, solid wood and a beautiful quality. The front is real glass, and both the mount and frame are white.

This is a limited edition signed print. There are only 10 of each of each print in the Luna Collection.
