Feathers are one of those things that carry a lot of meaning for people. For most, it signifies a little sign from a loved one who has passed, a fallen angel, maybe a guardian angel. For mothers who have experienced miscarriage, the purity of a white feather is a visit from their little one. Whatever it means for you, is true for you.

I wanted to create this white feather with a golden orb as a symbol of comfort and reassurance and solidarity. The golden orb is hand-applied to each print before framing for a one-of-a-kind finish.

The feather itself took almost 700 pen strokes so this was a while in the making!

Framed in my studio in an Irish made, solid wood white frame. Price includes frame. Limited edition print, numbered, signed and titled.
