Gealach óir (Golden Moon)
Black and Gold Irish Print Collection

This is a mixed media Irish print piece, which started with a pen drawing, which was then layered with digitally drawn green leaves and pink lines, and finished off by hand with gold leaf. This gold leaf collection features four Irish print designs.

Gealach = Moon, pronounced "ge-al-uck"
Óir = Golden, pronounced "oar"

Gold Leaf

Each piece is finished off with real gold leaf which apply by hand. It's a slow and careful process which brings extra depth, texture and light to your artwork.

Each piece comes to you mounted and framed. My frames are Irish made, solid wood and a beautiful quality. The front is real glass, and both the mount and frame are white.
